Now’s your chance to have your say on what do you think God is asking of us in Australia at this time? The last time the Catholic Church in Australia held a Plenary Council was in 1937. It has been more than 80 years since we gathered all of the Church together and much has changed. In 2020, we will have a Plenary Council about the future of the Catholic Church in Australia. What are we called to do? Who are we called to be? How do we need to change?
Pope Francis has spoken of the need to engage in the world and respond in faith. We are having two small group sessions planned using Meeting Room or Church at St Rita’s Victoria Point on:
1. Tuesday 27 Nov 10.00am – 11.00am (Start with tea/coffee)
2. Wednesday 28 Nov 7.00pm – 8.00pm
To learn more about the Plenary council please go to: http://plenarycouncil.catholic.org.au/frequently-asked-que…/
If you would like to respond separately as an individual, couple, group or family you can also do so via the link below.
Please help shape the future of our Church.
